Quick Tip!
Want to improve your concentration?

According to a recent study more than 60% of the UK population is between 1% and 5% dehydrated at any one time.Much of this is caused by the caffiene in drinks like tea, coffee and many soft drinks.

The problem with being dehydrated is that it impairs your ability to concentrate.

The solution:

DRINK MORE WATER!

Being fully hydrated gives you more energy, improves concentration and productivity, it alleviates mental fatigue and has also been shown to improve academic performance under exam conditions.

Not only that but it improves your skin condition, aids digestion and helps support the immune system.

You should aim at drinking between 3 and 4 pints of water a day as well as your normal intake of tea and coffee etc.

Cheers!

"Time Management Training That's Guaranteed To Help You Get Organised, Increase Your Productivity, Get More Done and Improve Your Work-Life Balance!"

  • Are you working flat out daily, only to find out that you still didn't get done as much as you wanted?
  • Do you sometimes wish you were more organised?
  • Have you ever forgotten someone's birthday or anniversary?
  • Do you envy those with busy lives who still manage to achieve so much?
  • Would you like to reduce your stress levels?
  • Have you thought that work-life balance might actually help you to increase your productivity?
  • Would it help you to learn how to say 'no' to more work and not feel guilty?
  • Does the concept of 'time management' make you laugh?

It would probably be a safe bet that most of us could answer 'yes' to one or more of those questions? I hold my hands up and admit that occasionally work seems to get on top of me. I also know that I tend to get stressed when I seem to have more to do than there is time available.

You may have felt the same way at times.

But did you know that a few positive and simple adjustments in your working habits can have a major impact on your productivity and stress levels?

So here's a thought - we all have the same number of hours available to us every day, so how is it that some people seem to get loads done and others slave away like mad and never seem to get very far.

The difference is a 'systemised and structured approach to personal organisation'.

Some people call this 'time-management' but really it's more about 'self-management'.

It's not possible to manage time; no matter what you do we are all blessed with the same number of hours each day. However, you can 'manage yourself'.

It's what you do and how you do it within those hours that makes up the difference between productive and unproductive (and most likely unstressed and highly stressed).

Over the last few years I've studied many tools and techniques for becoming more organised and far more productive and I've delivered this to private clients with great affect on their self-management. I use these tools myself and now get more done that I've ever achieved, even though I'm busier than I've ever been. Not only that but all of my clients have experienced much less stress because they feel far more in control of their work and lives.

So here's a spot of good news: I can help you learn that time management isn't something that just happens to those who have staff to help out. Give me the chance and I'll help you realise that nearly all of these skills can be learned, and that you can apply them to your own work and life.

But it doesn't end there. Apart from the tools and techniques to help you to get more done and reduce your stress levels, I'll also help you work on your own action plan to become more organised and focused. So you'll be able to apply that action plan as soon as you get back to work.

It may sound a little cheesy but the idea of my time management training is to move you

"From Busy To Business!"

I promise that when you come on this workshop and begin to use what you've learned, you'll be able to get more out of every day and reduce your stress levels into the bargain too.

What if you want a workshop in your business?

This time management training program is an intensive one-day session.
It can easily be held at your business premises (or a neutral venue) for several members of your team.
Ideally we need to have a group of between 5 and 12 people to ensure the best learning opportunity. This also makes the training more cost-effective.

And what does it cost?
To run the time management training program at your business costs from just £470. This means that if you have 10 team members who need to get organised and get more done, then it would work out at only £47 per person.

But what do you get for your money?
The fee includes all training materials (handouts etc) and all expenses.
We also audio record the training session so you can download whatever the trainer has said for further reinforcement of what you've learned.

Want to know more?
Just give us a call on 07703 885 305 for more information. We'll have an informal chat about what you need and work from there.
